We do provide One Time Free Exchange via courier service.
This free service is only valid for online purchases except for promotion item(s) and none-exchangeable item(s).
Exchange via courier service for promotion item(s) can be arranged at extra charges.
Item must be exchanged within 7 calendar days from receiving items.
Item must not be altered, washed, used nor damaged & packaged in original condition for return.

We do provide the flexibility of exchanging Online Purchase item(s) in store if you'll like to fit on before effecting the exchange.

We do provide exchange service in store except for promotion item(s) and non-exchangeable item(s).

How does it works to exchange items that I bought online?
1. Inform us the item(s) that you'll like to exchange
2. We'll arrange for courier to pick up the item(s) from you at no cost
3. Upon receiving the item(s), we'll pack and ship the new item(s) that you chose at no cost

How long does it takes?
Any courier pickup booking made before 12noon can enjoy same day pickup and next day delivery.
Courier pickup service is only available Monday - Friday.
Courier generally do not dispatch on weekend and public holiday.

What happened if I like nothing else on the website or in-store?
We'll issue a Gift card that is valid for 3 months.

What happened if my new item(s) cost more than the exchanged item(s)?
You can top up the difference.

What happened if my new item(s) cost less than the exchanged item(s)?
We'll issue a Gift card that is valid for 3 months.

What items are none-exchangeable items?

2.Socks
3.Hats
4.Item that are altered, washed, used nor damaged & not packaged in original condition.

We're sorry that due to hygiene concerns and suppliers' requests, the above items are non-exchangeable.
